Norman R. Pozez has been in the real estate development field for over twenty years.  Mr. Pozez is the Chairman of Uniwest Group, LLC; Uniwest Construction, Inc.; and Uniwest Commercial Realty, Inc.  Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer of The Hair Cuttery of Falls Church, Virginia and is currently on the firm's Board of Directors.  He has also served as a Regional Director of Real Estate and Construction for Payless ShoeSource, a retail company founded by his father.  During his tenure at Payless and for some years thereafter, he served on the Board of Directors of Bookstop, Inc. which sold to Barnes and Noble in 1989.  From early 2004 to early 2005, Mr. Pozez served as Chairman of the Board of Fidelity and Trust Financial Corporation.  He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia.  Mr. Pozez holds a law degree from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas and an A.B. Magna Cum Laude from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.  Since 1979, Mr. Pozez has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a Board member of five not-for-profit organizations serving community needs in and around the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area.
