Keith J. Allen joined Uniwest Services, Inc. as Senior Vice President, General Counsel in June 2003.  Keith is a graduate of Cornell University; and received his JD at The American University (cum laude).  From 1989 – 1992, he was an Associate Attorney with Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld in Washington, D.C. where he specialized in real estate and bankruptcy law.  Prior to joining Uniwest, Keith spent eleven years as Vice President and General Counsel at Nellis Corporation, a private capital management company located in Rockville, Maryland. 

Keith has the responsibility for all legal matters at Uniwest.
