Greg Goldberg started his Retail Real Estate career at Carey Winston Company in 1994. He has handled Landlord and Tenant Representation throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area, as well as several other cities for a select clientele.
He has provided leasing for at least 15 different retail centers ranging in size from 30,000 square feet to almost 900,000 square feet. Some of the deals he has negotiated include Hair Cuttery, Radio Shack, Chipotle, First Union, Subway, Hallmark, Staples, Marshalls, Party City, Dress Barn, KFC, Starbucks, Payless Shoes, AC Moore and Allfirst Bank.
Because of this experience, coupled with actual in-house restaurant experience through college, he began representing local and national restaurants. This included establishments such as Tony Roma’s, Landry’s Seafood, IL Fornaio, and a new concept from La Madeline to name a few. In addition, Greg represented Jillian’s in 14 states.
