Mr. Pozez has been in the commercial real estate field for over 30 years.  Mr. Pozez is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Uniwest Companies, Uniwest Construction, Inc., Uniwest Commercial Realty, Inc. and Uniwest Hospitality, Inc.  Prior to Uniwest, Mr. Pozez was the Chief Operating Officer of Hair Cuttery of Vienna, VA.  Further, Mr. Pozez served as regional Director of Real Estate and Construction for Payless Shoes.  Mr. Pozez has overseen acquisition, finance, leasing, development and management of over 3,000,000 square feet of projects with a value in excess of $1,000,000,000.

Mr. Collier is the President of Uniwest Construction, Inc.  Prior to Uniwest, Mr. Collier was Vice President of Planning and Construction for a division of the May Department Stores Company and managed development and construction projects nationwide.  Mr. Collier joined the May Company in 1979 after serving as Manager of Commercial Construction for Oak Park Development Co. based in Topeka, KS.  Mr. Collier’s experience in the construction industry includes office buildings, shopping centers, medical facilities, hotels, apartments and a variety of industrial buildings.  Mr. Collier sits on the Board of Directors Silver Diner Inc. and Gateway Communities; a New Jersey based non-profit senior living development organization. 

Dennis McDonald

Mr. McDonald is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Uniwest Companies.  He has more than 25 years experience as Controller and CFO, the last 19 of which have been with member entities of Uniwest Companies.  As such, his responsibilities have included financial and tax reporting for Uniwest’s operating entities; coordination of banking relationships, including line of credit arrangements and project financing for development and operating properties; administration of Uniwest’s insurance and bonding program; and administration of various human resource programs.  Mr. McDonald, who is a Certified Public Account, also spent nine years with public account firms, including Arthur Andersen in Washington, D.C.

About:

Mr. Allen is Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Uniwest Companies.  Prior to Uniwest, he served as Associate Attorney with Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld in Washington, D.C. from 1989 to 1992, where he specialized in real estate and bankruptcy law.  He then spent 11 years as Vice President and General Counsel at Nellis Corporation, a private capital management company located in Rockville, MD.  Mr. Allen is responsible for overseeing asset management, lease administration and all legal matters at Uniwest.
